An Organisation that NEVER LEARN!

WHY cant you do something right?!?!?! Simply like sending what OUGHT TO BE SENT, and STOP sending what OUGHT NOT to be sent?!?!?!??! this is soooooo frustrating!!!

Maybe these people should go back to Primary School and start learning everything from scratch!!!
